No Obligation to Accept Projects

Submitting a project idea, concept, form, inquiry, or any other type of communication through this website or via direct contact with El Arenero does not create any binding agreement or guarantee that the project will be accepted, reviewed in full, or move forward into production or collaboration. El Arenero receives multiple inquiries and project proposals, and each is considered on a case-by-case basis based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to: scheduling availability, creative alignment, production scope, technical feasibility, budget compatibility, internal workload, and the strategic fit of the project within our studio’s vision and capacity.

However, in the spirit of professionalism and respect, we typically respond to all legitimate inquiries within 48 hours, even if the response is to inform you that we will not be pursuing the proposed project.
